The Job Data Exchange™ (JDX) will improve employer signaling by taking advantage of advancements made in data standards to transform job descriptions and postings into structured, linked data on the open web.

The JDX will improve the validation of competency requirements and job descriptions, create job descriptions and postings that conform to an improved JobPosting Schema, and distribute job descriptions and postings to talent sourcing partners, including real-time updates when requirements are updated by an employer.
