The T3 Innovation Network organized Work Group 3 to explore the most important stakeholder use cases relevant to developing and analyzing competencies consistent with the T3 Network guiding principles.This work group report first summarizes use cases that were reviewed by the work group andtechnological challenges that cross-cut these use cases. Next, the report summarizes pilot project ideas that have emerged through the group’s discussion.
